Webinars are nothing new. People have been doing them for a few years now. I remember back in 2007 I was hosting tele-seminars and wanted to make the jump into webinars but it just seemed like a daunting thing to learn. I mean… Back then, there were no real tutorials or info products on how to host them and make money doing them. Plus the cost to host them, were pretty astronomical. Especially when you compared them to the cost of using a free tele-seminar service like FreeConferenceCall.com. You usually cant beat free…lol

But in todays tech savvy world.. its hard to compare the two. Yes… many still use tele-seminars for their businesses, but many people want to see what it is you are talking about. Or they want to look at something other than just sitting there are staring at a wall while you talk.

Which brings up another great point. Most the time when I jump on the occasional tele-seminar these days, I will usually have my MacBook Air in front of me as I surf the web and listen in because I am too bored just listening in and not looking at anything. That means that the presenter only has a small part of my attention. Which is not a good thing if they are trying to sell me something ;-)

So… Why am I talking about this? What does this have to do with Offline Marketing and your business?

Simple… Imagine how much time you could save if you were using webinars to present your local services to local businesses. That would mean that you would be able to talk to business owners from all over the world all at once. You wouldn’t need to leave your house or office. You could just set up a webinar and show them what you could do for them.

How would you fill the seats to your webinar? There are many ways to do this.

.

1. You could use a lead service to provide you with a list of business owners in the niche or industry you want to target.

.
2. You can JV with someone that is connected in the industry you want to target and have them provide the leads. I have done this many times when doing live events.

.
3. You can create a squeeze page and either give away a free ebook or video to collect emails of the niche or industry that you want to target. Yes this still works. But you will need to drive traffic there and wait for the emails to start coming in.

.
4. You can buy facebook ads to drive traffic to the webinar. This is what alot of the big marketers are doing with alot of success today. Because pricing is pretty low compared to Google Ad Words and facebook allows you to really laser target on who you want to see the ads.

.
5. You could also buy Google Adwords and drive traffic to the webinar.

.

As you can see… there are many ways to get business owners on your webinars.

What else can Offline Marketers use webinars for?

How about learning how to use webinars and then teaching local business owners how to use them for their own businesses. Obviouly this will only work for certain niches or industry’s. For instance… I would show realtors and mortgage brokers how they can use webinars to get try to get people that are first time home buyers. Realtors and mortgage brokers are already doing this with live events. Imagine if you were the local go-to expert for teaching them how to run webinars.

Then you can also offer continuity to them to drive traffic to the webinar. Or you can manage the facebook or google ads for them as well. The possibilities are endless!

So.. How do you learn how to be the expert using webinars?

Trial and error is one way… Not my favorite and it takes too long!

Hire an expert and have them coach you one-on-one. This is my favorite, But can be costly.

Buy an info product that teaches you how to do it all. This is how I usually start. 90% of the time I learn everything I need by following this route.

Here are two products that I own, that can teach you how to become an instant expert at webinars:

This one is priced around $25 (at the time I wrote this).

http://drdanapproved.com/offline-webinars1

This product is priced at two payments of $97 each.

http://drdanapproved.com/offline-webinars2

When people ask which one should I get? Personally I would purchase both because I want to learn everything and usually I can take away different strategies from different products.

But if I had to choose between one or the other.

I would go with: http://drdanapproved.com/offline-webinars2 first. But for only $25 more.. Why not just pick that one up as well?

Check both of them out and decide for yourself ;-)
